III.1. Conditions for participation


III.1.2 Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:
The candidate must have the necessary economic and financial standing to perform the contract.1) Proof of the candidate's economic and financial standing may be furnished by one or more of the followingreferences:- the presentation of financial statements or extracts from the financial statements, where publication of financial statements is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is established,- a statement of the economic operator's overall turnover of the last 3 financial years available, depending on the date on which the undertaking was set up or the economic operator started trading.2) The candidate must also provide evidence of relevant professional risk indemnity insurance.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
1)
- Current Ratio (>1 = OK)
- D&B Risk Score should be 1 (minimum risk) or if D&B is not available, Quick Ratio (>0,8 = OK)
- Solvability Ratio (>20% = OK)
- Company Sales vs yearly contract size (>3 = OK)
2) The relevant professional risk indemnity insurance must have a minimum coverage of 1 250 000 EUR.

The candidate must have the necessary technical and professional ability to perform the contract. Proof of thecandidate's ability must be furnished by the following means (in case of a joint tender, the combined capacity of all members is taken into account):- 3 References with experience in domain of cables and Pipelines(customer, period, scope, contract size, .)- VCA certificate or similar for the scope of work- List of equipment/staff for urgent intervention available on site within 4 hours after call ?- Positive yard audit applicable for Candidates with no Fluxys experience (and more particular when no experience in the activities in this scope of work)- Company organisation: available personal (teams) + indication of number of drivers, machine operators, ground workers, wrapping operators, first aid formed workers, .)- Statistics of accidents at work of the last 5 years + plan of action applied for safety + Global Prevention Plan company.
